Total Offtec has introduced leading manufacturer of networking solutions Edimax Technology’s smallest USB adapter on the market.

With its size of 40x16x7mm, the EW-7711UTn is even smaller than the recently introduced EW-7711UAn, due to the fact that the EW-7711UTn adapter isn't equipped with an external antenna. The small size of the EW-7711UAn makes it an ideal portable solution for mobile users without having to compromise the performance.
By plugging the EW-7711UTn into a USB port of a desktop or notebook PC, users gain immediate access to a high-speed wireless network which enables them to transfer files and stream media from greater distances around the entire home or office. The EW-7711UTn complies with the 802.11b/g standard and is compatible with the latest 802.11n technology. When connected to an 11n device, the adapter offers a more stable connection and wireless transmission speeds up to 150Mbps. The multilingual EZmax setup wizard ensures a fast and simple configuration. Users only need to select their language and follow the simple steps of the wizard. In addition, the adapter supports Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) which simplifies the configuration of wireless security on your wireless network. With the addition of this second small sized USB adapter, Edimax is able to offer a complete range of USB adapters, varying in size, antenna technology, design and transmission speed according to each specific user's needs.
